OUR MISSION

Orange Real Estate Group works to bridge the gap between the classroom and the real estate industry. It serves as a resource for students who share a common interest in real estate to develop an enhanced understanding of real estate sales, management, development, acquisition, and investment. The club seeks to offer students a networking platform where they can interact with one another, alumni, and industry experts through guest speakers and their established Board of Directors. OREG manages a portfolio of properties in order to gain hands on industry experience prior to graduating.

CEO: Cole Kinney Leonhardt

Cole Kinney Leonhardt is a sophomore at the Martin J. Whitman School of Management looking to double major in Real Estate & Finance. Other than his passion for real estate he enjoys watching/playing sports and listening to hip-hop music. Strong entrepreneurship professional with experience in both residential and commercial development. Looking to eventually start his own real estate investment company focused on multifamily assets.

CFO: Eric Spiniello

Eric Spiniello is a junior from Oradell, New Jersey, pursuing a double major in Finance and Real Estate. Living twenty minutes away from New York City, he has always been very passionate about the real estate industry and has some experience with property management of garden apartments. Outside of a school setting, he enjoys playing piano, guitar, and harmonica and has performed at Carnegie Hall in New York City. He is also an avid fantasy football player and a die-hard Miami Dolphins fan.

COO: Zach Regenstein

Zach Regenstein is a Senior at the Martin J. Whitman School of Management studying Real Estate and Entrepreneurship & Emerging Enterprises. He is an New York and Syracuse sports fan. Over the course of Spring 2018, Zach studied abroad in London and had the opportunity to travel to 20 cities within 10 European countries. Zach is a classic rock fan and has attended dozens of concerts from Bruce Springsteen to Dead and Company. He aspires to pursue a career in commercial real estate development.

CTO: Rohith Pasula

Rohith Pasula is a Sophomore from Montgomery, New Jersey pursuing an Information Management and Technology degree in the iSchool. From a young age, he had a passion for entrepreneurship and technology. Rohith has started several companies from cryptocurrency exchange to online tutoring class and is currently working to bring technology to the Real Estate world. Outside of school, Rohith is a member of the SU Bhangra team.

CAO: Zachary Brenner

Zachary Brenner is a Sophomore Advertising major within the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. He serves as the Chief Administrative Officer of Orange Real Estate Group and is in charge of internal and external communications, as well as new member recruitment. In his free time, Zach enjoys playing basketball, learning instruments, and podcasting.

DOA: Carter Morris

Carter Morris is a junior student in the Martin J. Whitman School of Management where he is double majoring in Real Estate and Finance. Within the Syracuse Real Estate Club he is Director of Acquisitions where he, along with the CEO are actively working toward acquiring an asset to own, operate, and manage internally. Additionally, he serves as CFO of WeatherOptics, a meteorological weather data analytics and private sector forecasting company that takes raw weather data and translates it into valuable insight for businesses across the United States. In his free time, Carter is an avid sailor and a nine handicap in golf.
